In 1969 Brian Asquith was commissioned by the people of Caernarvon to make a 3 piece coffee set in silver to be presented to Prince Charles at his investiture of becoming Prince of Wales. This is the prototype that Brian made in copper. An early example of his use of acrylic. Engraved to base of each piece: Prince of Wales (Dragon Crest) Caernarvon 1969 (3 Feathers Crest)
